Our Property Services
With our pick and mix property services you can rest assured that your rental guests will find your accommodation exactly as they would expect.
Our initial inspection and cleaning visit, prior to occupation, includes a full inventory/condition check not only on the equipment inside the property but also all plumbing, furniture, paintwork, garden, pool and general condition of the property. Furthermore we include an outgoing inspection and inventory check in the price.
Other optional services include key holding to ensure smooth hand-over and laundry/linen service should you require.
We can also arrange interim cleaning for long lets, regular pool cleaning and gardening.
We do not charge a flat fee for all properties. Why should a two-bedroom finca cost the same as a five-bedroom villa?
Total inventory check
Total inventory checks will list all items by colour and condition, overall decorative order of the property, age and performance of all equipment and plumbing in the property, all electrical installations and equipment, garden appearance and kerbside appeal.
Inspection visits
Our inspection visits compromise of an initial inventory check, equipment checks, pre-changeover cleaning and outgoing inventory check.
Pool cleaning
Complete pool cleaning and maintenance, balancing of chemicals and ph, pool area clean and inspections for leaks and damage.
Regular cleaning
Regular and interim cleaning for longer let stays.
Laundry and linen services
Fresh bed linen, towels and bathmats for changeovers.
Key holding
For changeovers and security.
Gardening
Initial garden tidying to improve appearance, removal of dead or dying foliage and weed removal.
