movewithus Investor goes 'Global'

The overseas investment arm of movewithus, the UK's leading property services company, has joined forces with Spain based real estate firm IPP Global, with the objective of creating greater synergies in the marketing of overseas investments while streamlining customer services and opening new movewithus offices abroad.
The new venture is called movewithus International. It brings together the movewithus reputation in the UK for service and professionalism with IPP's expertise in international city real estate. Over the last 18 months IPP Global has developed a strong reputation in sourcing investments in areas such as Berlin, Budapest, Poland and Miami. These products will be aligned with a unique movewithus portfolio which includes bio-fuel investments in South America and seed capital real estate investments in the US.
Aside from offering a wide variety of overseas investments, movewithus international will expand the movewithus presence abroad opening offices in Spain, Poland, Germany, and Singapore, in addition to movewithus' South America's existing headquarters in Buenos Aires which was opened in 2007. These offices will offer property services to the domestic marketplaces and will source investment property for movewithus investors. Eventually movewithus also hopes to offer assistance to UK businesses in finding premises abroad for their operations.
