GreengoldOptimum+ offers the Investor fixed Income and Capital Returns, with the risks associated with
fluctuating crop prices borne by FWE. The Returns are also high, with the Income Returns steadily rising
– and jumping for Investors remaining beyond 5 years.

To obtain the highest Capital Return Investors should regard GreengoldOptimum+ as a 10-year investment.
But Investors have the choice of a shorter-term exit after 5 years. Larger Investors and Consortia can exit
any time after 5 years, and can remain up to 20 years.

The normal Income Returns to the Investor, as a percentage of Amount Invested, are as follows.

The Income Returns are paid annually in arrears.

Large Investors or Consortia receive a higher Income Return as follows.

If they remain beyond 10 years, the Income Return in Year 11 is 21% plus the enhancement, in Year 12 is 22% plus the enhancement, and then remains unchanged.

At the end of 10 years the Investors receive a Capital Return of 60% - i.e. the Amount Invested plus 60%. If Investors choose to exit after 5 years, they receive a Capital Return of 30% - i.e. their Contribution plus 30%. Large Investors and Consortia receive 30% after 5 years, plus an additional 6% for every subsequent year.
